What’s your return policy?

A signed contract is what you will have. You can get the $250.00 deposit back if you cancel before 30 days prior to your event.

Do you charge for extras like uplighting?

Nope, no need to. Miller pro brings the whole show every time. I done see any need to over charge you for hitting an on switch for and up light or a fog machine. One price for the event.

Do you have customer service?

Of course we do ! We are customer oriented because we wouldnt be who we are without you. So we will make sure communication is there so there are no snags or hick-ups.
